About Workmates BB
Workmates BB was originally registered in 2005 as a consultancy service named Workmates Services under the direction of Dr. Roxanne Waithe as Principal. Dr. Waithe is an educator with extensive experience designing innovative learning solutions for the agriculture and tourism sectors. She has 20+ years of experience working with adult learners including 13 years teaching at the Barbados Community College Hospitality Institute where she introduced community service learning into courses she taught there.
With invaluable knowledge and practical know-how gained as a technical specialist at the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA), Dr. Waithe also has the capacity to write project proposals for funding, manage and execute project activities to budget, and conduct monitoring and evaluation activities for donor funds.
Workmates BB offers project management and support services in collaboration with a two person administration team.
Training development is our specialty but sustainable development projects are our business.
